The February version of Edtechreview is up at www.telepath.com/edtechreview. 
This month there are articles on using a presentation program for testing your
students, using sounds to enhance your class and why to get a new browser.  

We are also looking for people to submit articles geared for elementary
classes.  If you would be interested in submitting such an article you can go

As an afterthought we are taking a new cgi poll this month on what platform you
