Have you thought about making education financially accessible to anyone with talent? While I think that most "higher-education" is worthless (consider the pseudo-sciences like sociology, or psychology, or Ghu help us, "political science"), one might imagine some worth to your proposal. If your goal were, for example, to establish scholarships for serious academic studies, such as remain these days, I might support it. Studies in physics, or chemistry, or engineering. I suspect, however, that your scholarships will go to such "scholarly studies" as sociology and its bizarre derivatives. There is more "philosophy" in a freshman physics or chemistry or math class than in any other study in a college.
