I am using authorware mac packager to package a file for a mac. That works fine, but when the file goes to a page with a full screen jpeg on it the mac comes up with the following error - Unable to display JPEG as computer memory is full. I've tested it on a few mac's so the files got the problem not the mac. I've also tried unloading previous graphice and audio files from ram with the unload function, this doesn't work either. I've also compressed all the images in the file. I've also removed all unnecessary xtras from the XTRAS directory without success. PLEASE does anybody have a soloution.
