I'm trying to test reaction time and the task involves highlighting
specified words in sentences.  Only hitch is that the sentences don't
have any spaces so I can't use LastWordClicked.  At least I don't
think I can use LastWordClicked.

By way of example suppose the task is to identify the word "is" in a
sentence. Instead of clicking the word "is" in "There is a truck" I
want the user to somehow highlight/select the word "is" in
"Thereisatruck".

Any thoughts?
