Please let us know how your experience is with Instalit. In a prior position I spent many unhappy hours wrestling with earlier versions of the product. Problems included disabling bugs that took weeks to be fixed, the complete unavailability of the main (and probably only) programmer to his own support staff, etc. It is fundamentally a good idea, but it was not well implemented, at least it wasn;t about a year ago. I hope things have changed.
