Converting from APW to APM

I have a very large APW module written on a PC that I have to convert to APM
so it will run on a Mac. Whilst there is a conversion routine for APM to
APW, there is no such handy facility for going the other way. Has anyone out
there any tips that might make this less arduous than I envisage? Included
in my module are some .FLC movies created in Animator Pro. Can these be
converted for use on the Mac? I have to add that I know nothing about Macs.
We don't have any in our department so I apologise if what I ask is trivial
to you Mac types.
