Many thanks to everyone for the excellent information on importing and
converting Photoshop images. I have successfully "montaged" in photo and
imported to APM (Windows later).

I have also managed to import music that I performed and recorded at home
(4-track) to A-ware. What do you all do for music in your programs? In
radio, we had "sound libraries" for use in commercials, precut in lengths
of 60 secs, 45 secs, 30, 15, & 10, and sometimes 60 secs with
"doughnuts" provided for voiceovers of varying lengths. I guess I've
begun my "clip audio" library. (If anyone is in a position to rip me
off and implement this idea, please hire me as musician, producer,
recordist, composer, designer, etc.)

Thanks, Orson, for your very informative post about your Visual Basic
instructional project. Having functions built-in in Authorware for
things like collecting an individual's total correct answers and making
decisions based on that score is astoundingly easier in Authroware.

Speaking of which, any thoughts on the relative merits of Educ Aware for
$150, $350, or just dragging a cot and coffee pot to your job or school?
