My co-worker Wayne Ruhl has the following suggestion for multiple use of
displays.

Put your screen display in a display icon to the right of a decision
icon.  Give the display icon a unique name.  i.e. "test".  Set the
decision icon "Calculated Path" to zero.

This display icon will not appear on screen when the file is run, but can
be made to appear at any time by using the following in a calc:
DisplayIcon(IconID@"test").  The calc can be repeated any time you need
this display on screen, and the display should not move.
