I am trying to have an interaction on an icon. On the same frame, I
have several transitions.

I am able to display the icon for the interaction but I cannot get the
interaction to be active until all transitions have transpired. i.e.
The icon they click on appears but they cannot click on it until all
of my transitions have taken place.

If I put the interaction before the transitions, the transitions never
show up because my interaction repeats, it basically opens up a popup
window that the user can close. They should be able to reopen it as
they wish.

Is there anyway to have the interaction be active and still have the
transitions appear?
