Just as a curiosity. Did anyone notice the amount of Basque names
surrounding the Pinochet affaire?

The general himself is Augusto Pinochet UGARTE. His wife is Lucia HIRIART.
His substitute as the head of the Chilean Army is General IZURIETA. His
former Justice minister when he was president was Margarita MADARIAGA.

And now, the Chancellor or Foreign Affairs minister of Chile is called
INSULZA, and the Chilean ambassador to the UK is a certain ARTAZA.
