I have had several inquiries about the fact that Del McCoury will be
appearing on the David Letterman Show on Friday, May 7th, when he's supposed
to be appearing at our Festival here in Kansas City. Del is actually taping
the Letterman show in New York on Thursday, the 6th. He is then flying to
Kansas City to appear at the Santa Fe Trails Bluegrass Festival. He'll be
on stage at about the same time he's appearing "live" on TV. That's a good
trick.
