we too are using KOMAND for our billing. I have written a project number
oriented front-end system to allow users greater ease in interpreting
data.

I am also on a committee examining how to rationalize our costing structure.

What I have found about KOMAND is that it is oriented more to the
systems software end of controlling the computer resources, rather than
oriented towards end-users billing.

What has been your experience ?
