charging for the use of LAN/WANS. With the shift away from maninframe centric
computing to the client/server model comes a movement away from
mainframe-oriented methods of "counting the beans". So really, I guess, the
bigger picture of what I am trying to understand is how the costs for use of
communications services can be fairly and simply apportioned to all those who
use such services. Any ideas?
