Does anyone have recent information on the cost of running a centralized
computing facility as a percentage of total budget in the industrial
community.  We have comparitive figures for our Information Technology
Department compared to total budget as well as several other University
of Texas components ratios.  What I would like to know is what it
is outside the university environment.  My guess is 3-5%.  Can anyone
help me with a reference?   Thanks!
