We use MICS for MVS and VM measurement and capacity planning, but have
never implemented the accounting component since our local home-brew
accounting has been satisfactory.  As Rob VanHoboken has already
commented, it is somewhat expensive.  I suspect Legent has dropped
BDBF (originaly a Duquesne product?) in favor of MICS (originally a
Morino product).  MICS Version 6 is SAS 6.07 based.

I have no idea if MICS has any supported Unix component, but with the
growing interest in such systems I would guess that they are working on
something.  It might be difficult to have a single component since I
suspect there is no common measurement source data in the **ix world.
