I have requested subscription to the list, so hopefully I will receive
your responses.

We have been using BDBF by Legent.  As you probably know, Legent is dropping
support of the product in the very near future.  Naturally this action
poses some problems.  Some of my questions are:

 1. BDBF is written in SAS v 5.18, has anyone migrated the product up to
    SAS v 6.07?  And if so, what problems did you run into?

 2. We are beginning to look at alternatives to BDBF.  We presently are
    tracking MVS and VM and there is a strong potential for some form
    of UNIX to be added to the mix.  Are there any product recommendations
    that should be considered?

 3. At present, what is the dominent product being used by the list
    membership, and why?

There is likely to be more, but thanks in advance.
