Your responses are coming through very nicely.
To answer some of your questions:

1. I do, in fact, know Peggy Sudborough, but have not spoken to her in
some time. She has been working with Admissions and Financial Aid.
Next time I have a change, I will say hi for you.

2. We have both BDBF and MXG. BDBF has historically be used for charge-
back and MXG has been used for performance. However, we do not actually
do any charging at this time, and MXG has been used occassionally
to measure usage. I'm not sure how well I would rate either one, but
at present, my money would be with BDBF. One problem I see with BDBF
is the constant fiddling with the product. We have had it for several
years and I would not class it as being in production status yet. Another
observation is that it provides a significant degree of overkill. It is
also a hog with DASD and CPU time.

Surely there must be something available that can collect data and
generate reports and/or invoice without someone having to make a career
   out of it.

3. Someone mentioned the use of CA-CHARGEBACK. Is anyone actually using
the product and what is the reputation? We presently use a number
   of CA products; CA-1, CA-7, CA-DATACOM, and CA-LIBRARIAN.

I hope this clarifies some things an provides a basis for additional
response. Thanks again.
