Michael A Enfield <enfield@HELIUM.GAS.UUG.ARIZONA.EDU> asked a question boiling
down to "how can I get rich by sending out bills."

To prevent any discussion on this subject, I have to make clear that the BILLING
list is intended exclusively for the discussion of COMPUTER CHARGEBACK.

For unsuspecting subscribers, this means charging users of the computer system
for the work they do with the system, or the resources they use on the system,
or plain access charges.

This is not a forum for Personal Wealth Systems, professional services, etc.
There is no need fro Mr. Enfield to apologise to the network, I hope this note
quenches any discussion.
