I've collaborated with a Newport, RI Doctor to develop MediMan (Medical
Information Manager). It was written in Access97/Visiual Basic 5.0.
Basically, it records patient data and billing information, prints HCFA
forms, and transmits electronic claims using NSF 3.01 format (with plans to
covert to ANSI once it becomes available), accounting (30,60,90 day overdue
reports), scheduling. It can be used as a stand alone or client server
application with dialup capabilities.

I am the developer and I am willing to customize the software to any
individual needs.
