No, those are arbitrary numbers at your ISP for the messages.

The message-id is one of the headers, and it is unique to each
message, and is generated when you post a message.  It's a string
of numbers, and usually/always something unique to where
you are posting.  For instance, when I'd post from Pine, the message
ID would have "pine" somewhere in it.  A sample:
   Message-ID: <d50bui$og5$1@theodyn.ncf.ca>

I can't provide the message IDs because they've expired here, but
there were definitely some spam posts here in the dates mentioned.  And
it was noteworthy because it either isn't happening, or happenes rarely.
