Chris,
     I know for a fact that the Disto can be used in a M-Pak with a B&B using th
 e stock drivers.  The stock drivers do in fact support slot switching as well.

I am using three Disto interfaces in three different slots.  I may add a fourth.
 This is using the stock drivers I got with my HD 2 boards.
