No.. Delphi does not charge for sending and receiving mail.. what it does
charge for is disk usage _AT THE TIME OF BILLING_ (which is done sometime
during the first week of the month) Knowing this fact... you can store
as much as you want all month long, so long as you make sure you don't
have it taking up space when Delphi's billing software is run. Of course,
if you are careless, you can really get smacked with a storage bill...

BTW, Delphi DOES some some niceities for you before it figures out your
bill. Like, purgeing mail messages stored in the "WASTBASKET" folder
(Normally thiese are auto-purged anyways, unless you change it like me)
and compressing your mail file.
