Hello. I have a problem with Lasersharp2000 that no one seems to know
the answer to, not even the Biorad guys.
We use Lasersharp2000 5.1 SP2 B796 (but used also previous versions:
same problem) and we did many 16bit acquisitions; the problem is that
projection does not work with this pixel depth. I guess that if there
is the possibility to acquire at 16bit, it should be possible to do a
projection as well...
