Hello all,

Is this still a live newsgroup and is there still a listserv around that
supports confocal microscopy? I know with all of the spammers out there it
has ruined the newsgroups for many people, but somewhere there has to be a
real way to communicate.

The other portion of my message (and I hope that it is allowed and not off
topic) is that I have all of the parts (Coherent 622 Argon-ion laser, Oly
IMT-2 Inverted flourescent microscope, optics, acoustic-optic modulators,
PMTs, etc.) for a Meridian Ultima confocal microscope that has less than 400
hrs. total hours. Actually, I have the entire micoscope, but I know that not
many people are still using Meridian's equipment due to lack of support.
Everything is in great shape, and I am looking to sell off all of the items.
I don't know if this is the right forum, but maybe someone can point me in
the right direction. I understand that the Coherent laser fits many Bio-Rad
confocal microscopes as well as the Meridian Ultima.

Any help would be appreciated
