As reported by Herb Caen in today's SF _Chronicle_:

Sign in the elevator of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Irvine (Orange County, Southern California) announcing the hotel's "Pre-Fixed Dinner."

Reminded me of the "Cafe Ole" on the menu at a Palm Springs coffee shop.  But
I wasn't ready for jalapenos with my morning jolt.
