RESOURCES FOR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The University of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the publication of =
a new 200 page reference work on national and international development. =
The softback volume has was prepared by Dr. Richard J. Estes, Professor =
and Chair, of the University's Concentration in Social and Economic =

governments, international development organizations, and hundreds of =
non-governmental organizations. Many of these unpublished resources are =
