I have just received a copy of Free Radio Berkeley's newest catalogue.
FRB makes kits for (mostly) low-power FM broadcasting.

This is not "professional" equipment, but it is good for rural
applications or pirate radio. Modifications to the designs planned for
the next few months will make them of an acceptable quality for legal
broadcasting in urban environments. The modifications can be
retrofitted.

Some examples of the kits available from FRB:

5 Watt FM Transmitter - $55
15 watt RF Amplifier - $50
25-30 watt RF Amplifier - $60

HIGH POWER AMPS
75 Watt Amplifier - $165
125 Watt Amplifier - $200

ANTENNA KITS
J-Pole - $20
Slim Jim - $15
Dipole - $20
5/8 Ground Plane - $30
