We want to hear your radio...

We want to hear what people around the world are listening to. We're
Brand X, a two hour audio magazine heard across Canada on the CBC radio
network. We're thinking of putting together a new segment with the
wierdest, most fascinating, compelling, stran ge or interesting radio
heard worldwide. It could be commercial or college, network or pirate,
whatever you find interesting. It could be talk, it could be comedy, it
could be music, it could be commentary. We want to hear what you listen
to. We're es pecially interested in stuff from outside North America, but
that doesn't mean that we don't want stuff from the US and Canada. Just
make sure it's either in English or of some value to an English speaking
audience.

What do you get out of it? Well, the joy of knowing that you've shared
something that you find interesting and amusing, and on a more material
level, a Brand X t-shirt. So, you want to be in on this? Well, record us
15 minutes or less of radio on a sta ndard cassette. Try to make it as
high quality a recording as possible. (For example, try to avoid just
holding mic up to a speaker in a room of noisy people.) Then, write down
what it is you've recorded, when it aired, on what station, in what city
an d in what country. If you happen to have a phone number for that
station handy, that would be great too. Once you've got all that done,
mail it to us at:

Thanks for helping us out, we look forward to hearing from you.
