             AMARC's Board to meet May 30 to June 3

The International Board of Directors of the World Association of
Community Radio Broadcasters (AMARC) will be holding its annual
meeting in Montreal, Canada from May 30 to June 3, 1995. This
will likely be the last meeting of the full board before 1995.

The detailed agenda of the twelve member board is available to
interested AMARC members. It includes discussions on finances and
plannig process.

The AMARC Board of Directors invites any and all interested
parties to send comments and suggestions for consideration by the
meeting. Please address them to AMARC's International Secretariat
in Montreal.
