failed to live up to its original vision -- that it is not used by
the people it was intended for as a democratizing form of citizen
communication. This paper looks at reasons why that is so, and ways
in which community computer systems (FreeNets) -- the latest
democratizing form of citizen communication -- can help to steer
public access television back towards its original goals.

Also, our listserv administrator tells me that some folks have had
problems retrieving the Internet broadcast resources list. Here's what he
has to say on the subject:

> BTW, you might also want to be aware that a number of subscribers are
> trying to get the previous file: radio.resources as radio.resources. this
> will unfortunately fail. ^

So, folks, leave off that trailing period on the file name.
