Avi: Just another thing to add to your list of suggestions: I find when using Endnote that I'm constantly wanting to select a subset of books for a given project or cluster of projects. Although I know that I can enter in some sort of text in the keyword field and then search upon the words in order to recall a certain set, the process for modifying the records to suit this purpose can be incredibly tedious. Each record has to be opened up, one scrolls down to the keyword field, types in a name and then closes the record. This seems painfully time-consuming when often what one wants to do is merely pick out a group of records that have been culled from a search or simply by browsing through the master library and simply 'tag' them to the current project or category one has in mind. What I would suggest is a fairly simple feature that would allow one to set up a list of categories or projects which could be added and deleted as needed to which one could easily tag a group of selected records. This would take up much less disk space than other methods because only one bit would be necessary at the storage level to determine whether or not the record belonged to the given group. Allowing for 2,024 'projects' or so would only require about 256 bytes per record. Alternatively, the tagging system could simply be a much more automated way of appending a string onto the end of the keyword field. By selecting a hundred records or so, one could simply add a tag onto all the keywords fields of the selected records without going in and tinkering with each one. Either method of implementation would save me much effort and would be much appreciated. Just a thought, Eric Oberle
