EN+/PC IMPORT PROBLEM

Are there any Endnote Plus/PC cracks which can help me to solve
the following problems ?

I try to import a Refer/BibX database in EN+/PC using the special
tag  %0(zero) which defines the reference type to be used by 
Endnote (Endnote Handbook p.196-199). Unfortunately Endnote seems
to ignore this tag importing an arbitrary reference type.


Can you give me answer to the following questions ?
   . is this a known bug of Endnote Plus/PC 1.0 ?
   . if no, are there any additional things not described in
     the handbook which will solve the problem ?
   . did you make similar experiences and how did you fix 
     the problem ? 
   . are there any syntactical restrictions for names of
     reference types ? (e.g. they have to begin with a capital letter,
     names have to be prefix-nonoverlapping etc.)
