As part of the Arabidopsis genome database AAtDB (An Arabidopsis thaliana Database) project we are making references to the literature on Arabidopsis available as an EndNote database in BinHex format via Internet Gopher and anonymous ftp from weeds.mgh.harvard.edu [IP 132.183.191.21]. Look in the aatdb directory with ftp or the "AAtDB FTP archive" folder with Gopher. Currently in AAtDB release 1-4 there are 3389 bibliographic entries. We have used the Keyword field to include pointers to GenBank LOCUS names, Agricola and Medline IDs. The current EndNote database is 2.3 MB. Arabidopsis thaliana is a small flowering plant that is used as a model system for plant molecular biology. Mike Cherry AAtDB Project cherry@frodo.mgh.harvard.edu
