I am having trouble assigning keyboard equivalents to the EndNote
commands (such as Goto EndNote Module, Insert Citations) for the EndNote
plug-in module in Microsoft Word v. 5.1.  When I use the Commands
command, the components of the plug-in module are shown in italics, and
the Commands dialogue box does not allow me to enter a keyboard
equivalent.

Any sauggestions would be appreciated.
