Hi all,

I have been asked by the University I'm associated with to help set up a
system by which they can produce a compiled list (and eventually a
regular yearly publication) of ALL the University departmental
publications produced in a year at this institution.

The concept at this point is to purchase EndNote (rather than EndNote
Plus) for each department, train the secretaries, or whoever is
responsible, to type in the relevant publication lists for that year or
period, which will be then collected at a central point. All the
databases will then be combined into an EndNote Plus database. A style
can then be set up within this database so that an appropriate export
format can be achieved for importation into some sort of relational
database where various other manipulations can be carried out.

I would be grateful for any suggestions or comments from anyone,
particularly those who may have tackled a similar task.

Thanks in advance,

MIKE
