privately at nilesinc@well.sf.ca.us.  Be sure to send me your name, address
and your EndNote or EndNote Plus serial number (found on the inside front
cover of your manual, license agreement, back or bottom of the box or for
very old copies, the back of the original disk).  We will get you upgraded
as cheaply as we can.
