Some users have reported problems with EndNote and certain Windows video
drivers.  Complaints range from weird colors to outright crashes.
Troublesome video cards include  ATI, Diamond Speedstar 24x, and generic
cards based on the Trident and Headlands chipsets.

These problems seem to be random; for example, the Diamond Speedstar works
perfectly with EndNote using all current drivers.  There may be some sort of
hardware conflict we haven't identified.

If you have video problems when running EndNote in Windows, we suggest that
you obtain updated drivers from your graphics card, or use the drivers
supplied with Windows.  If all else fails, run EndNote in a Window, rather
than full screen.
