Marc Bizer thinks that the EndNote Plus plug-in module for Word 5 on
the Mac was a minor upgrade.  Is he nuts?  He thinks that no longer
having to keep two copies of everything (formatted and unformatted) is
minor?  What qualifies as major?

I agree with Marc that "I am a very satisified EndNote Plus user" and
"EndNote is a wonderful product".  That being the case, why is he
asking for changes?  Or rather, why is he asking for change for the
sake of change, which is apparently what he wants. The fact that the
competition is changing doesn't mean that EndNote needs change.  If
there are specific features you want, ask for them; if it ain't broke,
don't fix it.
