Generic answer: there shouldn't be a problem including multiple Reference
Type specifications in the style (see #4 below).

Here are the answers to specific questions:

1)  What does error: -108 mean ?
--- This indicates an out-of-memory error.

2)  Is there a list of error messages in clear text ? (no list is included
     in the manual)

--- No, sorry.

3)  Are there any restrictions for the size of export styles ?

--- I'm guessing, but I would imagine that styles must be less than 64k
bytes.

3)  What are the reasons for this error and how can we fix the problem ?

--- Not enough information given; however, I would suspect a general
low-memory condition.  EN+ PC can become erratic on systems with less than
400k free DOS memory.  Network drivers and TSRs often take up huge chunks of
the 640k DOS space.

4)  When does a new release of Endnote appear ?

--- Maintenance upgrade real soon now. (but I suspect that it won't fix this
problem).

5)  What is known about problems with TSR programs ?

--- There are a number of known conflicts, particularly with EndNote's own
TSR function; call us if you have questions about specific TSRs.

For problems like this, we need to have more specifics about the system,
network connections, configuration, and other individual peculiarities.  e
will be contacting the original sender in private email to try to work these
problems out.
