Styles Folder Empty is a generic problem when moving from one machine to
another (Mac especially).  To reset the Styles Folder, hold down the Command
and Option keys when starting the program by clicking on the EndNote
application.  It should ask you to specify the Styles Folder (you may have
to Cancel if it asks for a Reference Library).

This option is only available for EndNote versions since Sept. 1991.
