If the list at your site is not updated frequently, the name of the
Usenet newsgroup, bit.listserv.endnote, might be found at the bottom
of the list, along with other unsorted, recent additions.  Try subscribing
to the newsgroup even if you can't find the name--if the feed is being
received at your site, you should become subscribed; otherwise, you'll
probably get a message stating that the newsgroup was not found.

Another possibility is that your site is very selective in choosing
newsgroups to store/forward.  Try talking to the newsgroups administrator
and see what's up.  Unfortunately, some sites do not carry any of the
bit.listserv.x newsgroups since they're available as BITNET mailing lists.

If your site does carry bit.listserv.x groups, keep trying for another week
or so before checking with your site's Internet/Usenet gurus.

If your site doesn't carry bit.listserv.x newsgroups, stay subscribed to
the mailing list.  Once the bit.listserv.endnote newsgroup seems solidly
established, we can call for a formal vote and get the name changed to
comp.bibsoft.endnote as originally intended.  Almost all sites carry the
comp.x newsgrou.
