  We appreciate the problem reports and suggestions.  I will make sure that
they are passed along to the programmers and we include them in our
discussions of future features.

  Unfortunately, we will never make everyone entirely happy -- we have to
make EndNote work for people with 200 references and with 20,000 references;
those who have never used a program besides their word processor and
professional programmers.  So please understand that we will do our best to
create a happy medium, rather than making it perfect for either the most
naive users or the most expert users.
