Felicity:

Weare having an inaugural meeting here at Murdoch tomorrow (Friday) at 1pm
in Economics & Law Lecture Theatre 1 to set up a user's group. I don't
know how this is going to develop, however I have a deal of information
from Ken Williams, the Australian distributer. He's very helpful and if
you don't know his contact number already it's worth recording: Crandon
Services Pty Ltd, 25 Crandon Rd Epping NSW 2121 Tel/Fax (02) 868 1079. He
is very good a trouble shooting.
I'd be happy to share your experience with downloading from CD ROM. I've
been accessing Medline via the National Library but now that that's shut
down we are using a new system that is giving us a few headaches. I'll
give you a call to discuss this.
