I use EndLink to access Current Contents and Medline.  There are a lot of
available filters - in fact one major hassle is trying to find to right one
for the job if the output is non standard.  You'll need to download in
tagged-field format to a text file before importing, and you may well  need
to play around with the file with a text editor before being able to carry
out a clean import.  Once this is sorted out, it's a great product.  I have
set up a style that incorporated authors' addresses as well as the
abstract, and this has been working well for the past couple of years for
Medline on CD-ROM.   Niles have been very helpful, too.
