Hi

my name is Maria and i'm a psychology student at the University of
Lisbon. I have an Environmental Psychology class in which we are
conducting an experimental study regarding the open spaces of our
faculty. Namely, we are studying the organization of this green open
space, that has a lake with ducks and all, and which has the objective
of being a space of relaxation for the students, teachers, whomever
wants to enjoy the space.
when we thought of this assignment we were trying to understand why
the space hasn't this big affluence, as would be expected for such a
great resting place.
well, the help i need refers specific bibliography regarding the
subject of the design of these type of open spaces (public gardens,
lakes, etc..), and to specific questionnaires we could pass on. Our
teacher told us that these questionnaires should refer to people
aesthetic and functional evaluation of the space, and that we should
observe pleople's behaviour in the space, but we�re having pratical
problems regarding these two last aspects.
having said this, does anyone have a clue on something specific that
could help me in this assignment?
