Frank, It is my understanding that the GRAPH-TI discussion list will not "go away". What is to be disconnected is the newsreader service. This means that the only access to GRAPH-TI is to subscribe to the list. I think that this will have an adverse impact on those teachers who have access through the rewsreader in the TENET. Many Texas secondary teachers rely on this as a convenient source.
