RECENTLY SOMEBODY ASKED HERE WETHER IS WAS POSSIBLE TO CONNECT A 28 TO A PC OR SO; HE ALSO ASKED ABOUT A DEVICE NAMED THE HP28COM. WELL, THE HP28COM COSTS ABOUT $200, AND THIS IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME. SO I CONTINUED MY SEARCH. YESTERDAY, A FRIEND TOLD ME THAT HE HAS A BOOK ON HOW TO DO AN HARDWARE MOD. YOURSELF ON THE HP28, AND HE IS GOING TO GIVE IT TO ME IN A FEW DAYS. IF ANYBODY ON THE NET IS INTERESTED, I CAN POST SOME INFO. HOWEVER, I HAVE SOME EXAMS IN THE NEAR FUTURE, SO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE INTERESTED WILL HAVE TO WAIT APPROX. ONE MONTH (SORRY) BYE

In a recent article somebody mentioned they had a source of information on alternatives to HP28COM for HP28S users. I am working at modifying my calculator to have these capabilities and would greatly appreciate hearing from you. All of my mail seems to have bounced. dabowman@systems.watstar.waterloo.edu
