We must be the last company to be using a classic 3000. Wonder how many there will be come Jan 1 ;-) Anyway we are starting a search for a basic 917 (8 user license) with terminal controller, digital tape drive, 2 GB HD, HPIB card... Any leads? I'll be doing a search for an Interex NG next.... Bill Brandt Sacramento, CA wlb@jps.net

What is Classic ? Is that the old one, that is what called CISC model, as oppose to the HP3000 the 900 series. I worked on a classic in 1982 to 1984, and after that only on the 915, 918, 947 series. That classic model, is worth nothing,. correct me if I am wrong . regards ========================================= william l brandt <wlb@jps.net> wrote in message news:37c6cfec@news1.jps.net... > We must be the last company to be using a classic 3000.
