Has anybody used Crystal with IDMS?

Can Crystal work with IDMS data (a non relational Hierarchial DB) on
the mainframe?

How does it connect to it?

Once it is connected, how is the DB exposed (in relational or XML or
Hierarchial terms)?

TIA
