If you are planning on upgrading to VMTAPE 4.3A or have already
done so, get and apply VMTAPE zap T43A548 BEFORE you try to
rebuild your tape catalog for any reason.

Without this zap, the VMTFMT and VMTBUILD tools will change
expiration dates of 94365 to PERM without asking. Since 94365
used to be a "last forever" date, they erroneously assumed that
PERM was the logical replacement -- however, an EXPDT of PERM
means you can *NEVER* write on that tape again.

There are some co-reqs for VMARCH and VMBACKUP, too. Remember to
bug them as well.

I'm a bit annoyed that we didn't get a letter from SCI about this
one, or that we weren't told about it when we called and asked
for the latest zap list -- it's destructive to user data. Grr.
